Product Information

Every product includes a detailed description explaining its intended purpose, compatibility, and any important requirements.

For creative products such as LUTs, color grading tools, presets, and similar assets, results will vary depending on factors including but not limited to:

• Camera model
• Recording format
• Color profile (Log, RAW, Rec.709, etc.)
• Exposure
• White balance
• Lighting conditions
• Color grading workflow

Product images and example videos are intended as demonstrations and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results for every type of footage.

 

Defective Products

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents the product from functioning as described, please contact us at hello@vidaderogi.com

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue by providing technical assistance, updated files, or replacement downloads where appropriate.

 

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. Duplicate purchases may be refunded at our discretion.

 

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment was made fraudulently or without your authorization, please contact your payment provider immediately and notify us at hello@vidaderogi.com

 

Chargebacks

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we reserve the right to submit evidence demonstrating that:

• download access was provided,
